Batch '85 Honors Retirees, Donates
to Sports Program 04 August 2010
UPIS batch '85 honored recently retired faculty
of the UPIS during their 25th Anniversary Reunion held at the UPIS
Multi-purpose Hall on July 31, 2010. The honorees includedProf. Elena Mendoza, Dr. Zosima Medrano, Dr.
Catalina Salazar, Prof. Delia Soro and Dr. Vilma Resuma.
During the event, the batch also donated PhP100,000.00 to the school
represented by the principal, Dr.Aurora Zuniga. Part of the funds
will go the varsity teams. The batch
due to raise more funds for the school's sports program via a
fun run and walk to be held on August 6, 2010.
